La saison 2021/2022 s’est terminé en queue de poisson pour les Sharks de San Jose. Après avoir remporté le titre de la division Pacifique, l’équipe s’est fait éliminer au premier tour par les Jets de Winnipeg dans une série, qui selon mon humble avis, aurait pu aller d’un côté comme de l’autre, 5 des 6 match s’étant terminé par un écart de 1 but. Le passé étant le passé, on a rapidement tourné la page à la direction des Sharks et on s’est mis au boulot pour continuer à améliorer l’équipe.
Plusieurs mouvements ont été fait la saison dernière alors qu’il s’agissait de la première saison complète en poste pour le DG Burelle. On a fait les ajouts de William Karlsson, Arthuri Lekhonen, Pavel Zacha et Zachary Lauzon, mais durant la saison morte, le travail s’est continué, voici la liste :
On a réglé le problème le plus criant à San Jose en solidifiant la ligne de centre, alors qu’Adam Henrique occupait le poste de 1er centre à l’arrivée du DG. Jetons un coup d’œil à l’alignement des Requins pour la saison prochaine :

Fait ironique, nous avons un premier duo de gardien dans l’histoire dont les noms se termine de la même façon, une combinaison gagnante selon votre écrivain.
Le travail n’est toujours pas terminé, on cherche toujours à se donner de la marge de manœuvre au plan salarial et nous devons toujours régler le dossier Pavel Zacha qui est toujours sans contrat pour la prochaine saison.
