Bilan de la saison des Jets.
La direction des Jets ont travaillé très fort pour avoir réalisé une saison de 99 points et
finir 8ieme au classement général. Enfin, les séries après les avoir raté depuis 5ans.
Le tout a débuté avec la fin de la saison 2019 car il fallait s’ajuster pour la nouvelle mise à jour de la ligue pour la saison 2019-2020. Nous avions une des plus petit masse salarial en 2018-2019 mais avec la mise à jour de la ligue nous dépassions de beaucoup la masse salariale.
Donc, nous avons échangé plusieurs joueurs pour respecter la future masse.
Alexander Steen 5,750$, Andrew Macdonald 5,000$, Kevin Shattenkirk 6,650$ (wouin lui ça fait mal)
Par la suite, non renouvellement de contrat pour Kyle Okposo 6,000$ et Bobby Ryan 7,250$, ouf une chance…
Mais, nous avons transigé pour obtenir Oliver Ekman-Larsson pour solidifier notre défensif.
Pour la sélection du repêchage, on fier de nos jeunes en Jakob Pelletier, Mattias Norlinder et Mattew Robertson.
Lors des agents libres nous avons mis la main sur Cory Perry.
Durant la saison, nous avons fait plusieurs transactions à la date limite pour améliorer notre équipe en allant chercher
Erik Gustaffson, Charlie Coyle, Alex Galchenyuk et Andy Green.
On aimerait bien s’entendre à long terme avec Erik & Charlie.
Finalement, ce que les Jets sont le plus fier cette saison s’est d’avoir acquis enfin un futur gardien de but numéro 1 en Tristan Jarry, par contre on a du donner Buchnevick et Pulujarvie.
De plus, on a aussi mis la main sur un excellent jeune joueur complet en Bo Harvat, en sacrifiant notre jeune talentueux Kevin Fiala et notre 1pick 2020. Ainsi, l’avenir au centre des Jets est assuré.
De plus, l’avenir des Jets semble prommetteuse avec plusieurs jeunes talentueux qui domine la LNH et nous avons enfin une belle relève.
Pour les séries, nous voulons féliciter nos adversaires les Blues de St-Louis, nous n’avons pas réussi à ralentir leur 1er trio. Il y a quand même eu une partie perdu en prolongation et la dernière perdu par seulement un but.
C’est partie remise, car les Jets seront à surveiller encore l’an prochain et un jour (dans 3ans) nous serons parmi l’Élite de LHSOI….
